From early morning, the atmosphere at French Village became more festive than ever. Numerous domestic and international tourists, after experiencing the cable car and checking in at the legendary Golden Bridge, were eagerly heading to the central area of the French Village to await the opening moment.

Visitors were extremely excited by the fun yet artistic performance of international dancers at the “Jum Jum Show”, bringing an impressive kickoff for the opening of the second Eric Kayser bakery in Vietnam and the first bakery in Ba Na Hills .

Located in a prime spot right in the heart of Lang Phap (French Village), the Eric Kayser bakery makes a strong impression with its standard "concept" design of a luxurious and classic Parisian bakery. The unique point of the shop is boasting up to 6 airy facades, opening up a panoramic view embracing the ancient castles, churches, and romantic windows around.

With a capacity of up to 300 seats, the bakery is arranged with a sophisticated space, harmoniously combined with the ancient French Village architecture and the characteristic cool air of Ba Na Peak, making this place a true miniature "Parisian corner".

Stepping through the doors of Eric Kayser, visitors are immediately enchanted by the alluring aroma wafting through the air. Here, diners have the opportunity to clearly envision and fully experience the essence of the Maison Kayser brand through the signature product lines that have made it globally renowned. Maison Eric Kayser is globally famous for its commitment to its signature Sourdough natural leaven. This is a live leaven, refreshed daily, undergoing a slow 12-hour fermentation process, creating breads with a thin, crispy crust, a distinct aroma, a mild tangy flavor, and a unique, unmistakable crumb. “ I was truly amazed when I set foot in Ba Na Hills. The architecture here already resembles France, and now there's an Eric Kayser bakery. Sitting in the cool weather, sipping a cup of coffee and eating a crispy croissant with the authentic taste of home. This is truly a wonderful and complete experience in Vietnam” - shared Ms. Marie Dupont, a tourist from France.

Right at the opening ceremony, a large number of tourists were excited about the famous pastries from the Eric Kayser brand, such as: Croissant (crescent roll) with its golden, crispy shell on the outside but soft, fluffy, and buttery inside, or Pain Au Chocolat fragrant with the smell of freshly baked butter, blended with the delicate sweet and bitter taste of chocolate... “ I am a fan of Croissants, but Eric Kayser's Croissant at Ba Na is truly different, not only delicious, with a crispy shell, but the inside is extremely soft, chewy, and rich, completely different from the ones I've eaten before” – Ms. Hanh Hanh (a tourist from Hanoi) expressed.

Especially, one of the most unique interactive experiences of Maison Eric Kayser at Ba Na is that visitors can directly choose their pastries, witness the bakers knead, shape, and bake the bread firsthand, while also leaving their emotions on the bakery wall.

To show appreciation and share joy with customers during the opening week (from May 30 to June 5), Eric Kayser at Ba Na is launching a series of attractive promotional programs such as: offering a complimentary pastry/drink/ice cream for bills from 300,000 VND. Especially, the Happy Hour program (from 5 PM – 7 PM daily) offers 30% off the entire menu, promising to bring wonderful romantic moments for tourists at the ancient French Village.

Ba Na Hills is known as a 'miniature French village' in the heart of Da Nang, where visitors can experience the architecture, atmosphere, and the “soul” of European culture. To fully bring the "essence" of a Parisian space, we understand that it requires the distinctive culinary flavors of this nation. That is why we chose to cooperate and bring Maison Eric Kayser to Ba Na. The bakery's opening event coinciding with the opening of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival 2026 makes it even more meaningful, contributing to bringing wonderful emotional resonance to tourists during the DIFF 2026 festival season ”- Mr. Nguyen Lam An - Director of Sun World Ba Na Hills tourist area shared./.
